You'll need more than reservations to gain admission to Louis at the Gansevoort South (2325 Collins Avenue; 305-531-4600; www.louismiami.com). One of the latest clubs to hit the beach, it has quickly earned a reputation for being the hottest and hardest to get into, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
